The Story

This open-pollinated variety of popcorn is similar to a variety called Tom Thumb. If you like small and tender popcorn, you definitely will want to try this type!Troyers old-fashioned popcorn is the classic comfort food. But there’s also comfort in knowing that they are healthy (non-GMO).

Popping Instructions On the Stove: 3 Tablespoons oil (canola oil, coconut oil, peanut oil or olive oil may be used) 4 oz. Troyer Popcorn 1 Popcorn Popper or Large Sauce Pan Preheat oil on high heat in the bottom of popcorn popper for approximately 1 minute. Add popcorn to popper and cover. Lower heat slightly. Agitate popper until the popcorn ceases to pop.

In the Microwave: 1 Microwave Popcorn Bowl 3 Tablespoons oil (canola oil, coconut oil, peanut oil or olive oil may be used) **optional** 4 oz. Troyer Popcorn (Any Color) Place 2/3 cup (4 oz.) of Troyer Popcorn (Any Color) into the bottom of the bowl. Add 3 tablespoon of oil to popcorn (optional). Put the lid on the popper and place it into the microwave. Cook on high for 3 - 5 minutes. Cooking times will vary depending on the microwave. When popping slows to 1 or 2 seconds between pops, cooking is complete.DO NOT OVER COOK OR POPCORN WILL BURN! Remove popper from microwave. Note: Bowl will be hot!
